How to i set up the iwol application

Just wondering how do i set up the i wol application on my computer i ve filled it all in on my touch but unsure w hat i have to do for my computer follwed the instruction on sk4.co.uk. I have a netgear router on sky??

its an application for your apple touch that allows you to remotely turn on off your computer it sounds really goood. Just need to get it working something to impress the friends with
