How to Improve OCUK?

How do you think OCUK Could improve?
it can be anything from general sales to The Forum.

hopefully we can get some good suggestions & someone at OCUK can just look though this thread every so often see where they can improve on there services?

It think it would be a good idea as all our ideas would be in one thread & lot easier to read through than say a customer survey

What i would like:
1. i would like to see a monthly/quarterly update to the forum about whats going on behind the scene at OCUK.
For example it could simple as
- We have the best line of graphics card prices in the UK
- Spie forgot to check for leaks on he's water-cooling , we will never let him forget it.

it allows us to see whats going on and building up the community up further

2. i would like OCUK to look into more accessories not totally linked to Computers. Thinks like small mini fridges (all gamers want one ) Maybe USB Chiller?

The first bit already happens on the various occasions they do have the cheapest price in the UK

The second bit wouldn't be remotely interesting as chances are, OcUK will be much like any other job if it's type, it's not going to be some kind of real life sit com with whacky adventures and crazy happenings every week.

one thing i'd suggest is removing the outdated AIm/yahoo stuff from trust and either replacing or adding PSN/live id/steam name instead .

It would be good if OCuK would do build videos. Whether they're staff, company or willing customers videos. I know there's sometimes pictorials. But videos would be good. And it would also be interesting to see them overclocking in videos and going into detail about how they do it, etcetera.
