How to increase usage effectively?

Hey guys,

Been tinkering with my fan curve for the AIO etc.. and tried out some CS2 earlier..and was solid frames and ran smooth, but when I checked my temps and usage at the end, both GPU and CPU were just "plodding along" at like half of full capacity???

Is there anyway to get better utilisation out of the system? I mean I tried Zero Dawn and that was 100% for GPU usage..

Normal for CS2
It is not too taxing on GPU, so framerate is limited by CPU. But it relies on just a few main threads so won't use all cores on CPU and load appears low.
