How to install heatsinks

Hey guys, I solved my CPU problem. But my cpu still throttles slightly when the motherboard reaches 70 degrees celcius and up. I was told to install heatsinks to my motherboard but I don't know much about this.

Could somone tell me how to install a:

"Enzotech Passive Mosfet Cooler 10 pack : MOS-C1"

To my: "ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M/USB3"

If you guys have tutorials or can explain how to do this. Would be much appreciated.

So its the boxes next to the R2 ect, do I just stick it on with thermal paste?

And what size heatsinks would fit on the fets?

6.5mm or 10mm

I just installed the heatsinks yesterday and after 4 hours of playtesting it seems to have cracked the heat problem and I no longer get throttled at all
