How to install? QUICK =)

Hey guys im in the middle of my first build. i have an asus M4785TD-V EVO and a sapphire ATI radeon hd5770. I am now about to install the GPU but the manual says i have to disable the onboard graphics card first.

Is there anyway to circumvent this or will i have to build the rest, then disconnect everything and take the motherboard off, connect the hd5770 then reconnect everything then install its drivers?

A speedy response would be appreciated!

plug it all in and then once booted up go into the bios and turn it off there before you instal Windows etc.

No need to do it "first" and then dismantle everything.

Just put everything together...... graphics card included.... plug the monitor cable into the card... and when you turn it on for the first time the mobo should figure out what you've done..... and it'll just work.

Then you just have to go into the bios and disable the built in graphics.

It will just work. The default BIOS setting for motherboards with onboard GPUs + a PCI-E slot seems to be PCIE anyway.
