Microsoft seem to have completely forgotten about people who want to build their own computer, and have not made clear if the 'full version' of windows 8.1 (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msuk/en_GB/pdp/productID.288532600) can be installed on a computer with no operating system.
I do not want to use the OEM version, as I hear this locks to your motherboard, correct me if I'm wrong!
Another thing, there is no option on the 'full version', between 32 and 64 bit. Are both versions included on the disk?
Thanks!
