YouTube isn't really possible a lot of the time as I'm not in a position to listen.
Get into reading books on kindle app. I ran out of internet recently, it’s been great getting into something long form with a bit of depth after the frothy immediacy of random internet gubbins. Leave it for a while and let your favourite online haunts recharge with fresh material.
