How to kill the vibrations coming from the plastic cover?

I just bought a used Gigabyte GTX 970 and after installing it, I noticed an low but unpleasant sound coming from my PC case. I know it's coming from its plastic cover because as soon as I touch it, the vibrations stop.

Unfortunately I can't spend all my time with my hand on the plastic cover, so do you have any idea how to remove this sound? Is it safe to put some duct tape?
