How to know if SLI is enabled?

Hi, i got 2 480 GTX'S and wondering how to know if SLI is enabled? I'm on windows 7 aswel. Thanks

In the control panel i cannot see anything to do with SLI? I am on advanced settings aswel

I just checked again and def cant see any SLI thing in the control panel?

Check the NVIDIA control panel for SLI settings.

Do you have the SLI bridge connecting the 2 cards?

Yeh they are both connected, I have latest drivers for the card aswel?? Something im doing wrong maybe?

ASUS P6X58D-E it shud be supported for SLI because it was pre-built from OC, one of their systems so?

Go in to windows device manager and check both cards are being detected properly under display adapters.

Went to display adapters but only says 480 GTX doesnt have like another one underneethi t

I dont know what i have done wrong, both card fans are spinning? Is their a certain way to connect the sli connecter?

Ok, just tried swapping cards, and connecting dvi cable to the other gpu. And that card is working. Checked both cards and fans are running fine... Btw, where do I get the latest bios update from please?

Also, if a PCI-E slot was faulty, would the fan still work on the gpu?

Ok thanks btw, updating bios wont mess up the current over clock to the cpu will it?
