Ok guys im absolutely stuffed and seriously ****ed off with BT.
They said 6mb i got 1.5mb ( im on the 20mb unlimated package).
I complained and then i had no internet connection for 24 hours.
When my internet returned i got an amazing speed of 0.2mbps
This among a house of 5 serious internet users is just appauling i can not even browse the internet.
I really cant stand them anymore I have been on the phone for 2 hours today and they say engineers will sort it out give us 48 hours.
last time engineers looked at my line i lost internet connection
2nd time my speed dropped from 1.5 to 0.2 even though in the sale they said i would get 6 (bearing in mind that its up to 20mb i understand that).
When i say im going to leave i would have to pay a cancellation fee even though they are not providing me with what they said i would get which is ludacris.
1.5mb was good enough but 0.2, i didnt even know speeds that slow existed anymore. I live in a city and not far from the exchange - somebody 2 streets away gets 13mb and is not that much closer to the exchange
