I know I can link into a specific page of a PDF file online, with something like this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/docs/document.pdf#page=12
However, is it possible to link to a bookmark in a PDF, or in some way into some other anchor in the text ? I can't find anything online or at Adobe that tells me how (I'm using Acrobat 6 BTW)
