How to Lower CPU Voltage?

I have a Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD ATI Micro ATX Motherboard and the lowest CPU voltage is 1.35v and looking on this forums this seems to be the voltage people are using when overclocked at 3ghz + not stock like mine . Is there Software which can lower the Voltage?

lowering voltage is done via the Bios only mate. I am a rookie so I am not sure but I think you need to play with the V core for CPU voltage ?

Are you sure that's the lowest voltage you can get from bios, mine goes way lower than that. I've got the same cpu and can get 2.8Ghz on stock volts (1.325V).

Yep i can only Raise the Volts not go down. With 1.35v Volts being the minimum

Could try stuff like rmclock, crystalcpuid etc.. to see if you can set the voltage down to your desired.
