As above, does any amazing cook here know how to make Fancies butterscotch cream/icing on their cupcakes?

Thanks

I think he's talking about the French Fancy cakes you can buy in supermarkets
No, he's talking about Fancie Cakes.

It could well be a Betty Crocker RTS frosting with butterscotch sauce in, but it's more probably a customised version of a basic frosting.

250g icing sugar, sifted.
80g unsalted butter, at room temperature.
25ml full-fat milk.
25ml thick butterscotch sauce*

Cream the sugar and butter with an electric whisk until the mixture has gone pale in colour and fluffy in texture, then mix the milk with the butterscotch sauce and slowly drizzle that in to the mixture using the mixer on a slow speed. Once it has all been incorporated, turn the mixer up to high speed and beat until the mixture becomes extremely light and fluffy.

*Could be more, could be less - hard to tell with butterscotch sauce.

Thats exactly what i mean, the Fancie cakes shop. There butterscotch cupcakes are so perfect i can't even explain how good they are!

I'll give that recipe a try, but is there any specific butterscotch sauce? Also where can i get it from? I've had a look at local supermarkets and they seem to only sell them in cupcake packages and not the sauce on it's own :(
