Do you currently have the PSU?

The 460 uses 2 x PCI-E power cables and as your probably aware the PSU only has one, the only option would be to use molex to 6 pin adapter which may come with the card. But this will only work if you have not used all your molex adapters.

I am planning on buying this PSU and so I do not currently have it. Is it worth buying a molex to 6 pin adapter to be sure incase the card does not include one?

The budget at the moment is £190 or so for a Graphics card, Case and PSU
