Jon take a look at this thread. Seems a lot more than a core2quad overclocked which is as you said around 200w. Also this is a crazy amount.

The i7 must be pumping out mad temps.

I've got the same radiator as you, the Swiftech MCR220-QP, with a [email protected] and a GTX260 in the same loop, both CPU and Gfx running 100% 24/7 and my cpu temps are 58-62°C with GPU around 52°C

MAin differences could be positioning of rad (roof mounted), fans (redwings) and pump (750lph XSPC Dual 750 Bay Res)

A Scythe Kaze Jyuni 1200RPM Slipstream 120mm Fan is the one to go for, 24dba and 68.5 cfm, but again it does not give air pressure for use with a rad

Does anybody know the air pressure for this fan

and then they come out with

A Scythe Ultra Kaze 38mm 2000RPM 120mm Case Fan, 32.91dba and 85.3 cfm but this time they give an air pressure of 39,47pa
