How to make windows recognise usb drives without re-plugging it?

I dunno if it possible but after i safely remove my usb drive in windows and i change my mind and would like to use the usb drive, how do i make windows recognise my usb drive again without me physically remove and then plug it back in?

Device Mananger, search for new hardware. Would be quicker to unplug and plug it back in.

Do you need to safely remove harware on pendrives?
