How to manually set timings?

I currently have this RAM and have clocked my E5200 up to 3.2ghz stable.

I was wanting to set the memory timings manually, but I don't have a clue which options I'm meant to use in the BIOS.

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK) is the RAM I have. I think on the DIMMS it says 4-4-4-18 but OCZ say 5-5-5-18

MSI P31 Neo2-FR Intel P31 (Socket 775) is the motherboard I have.

The options in the BIOS under the manual timings are

DRAM CAS# Latency 5
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay 5
DRAM RAS# Precharge 5
DRAM RAS# Activate to Precharg 15

Are these the 4 I should set?

Also there is:

DRAM TRTP 12
DRAM TRTP 38
DRAM TWR 12
DRAM TRRD 12
DRAM TWTR 12

Yes, they are the main ones.

You could try setting 4-4-4-12.
