How to measure used bandwidth?

Is there a way / program which measures how my bandwidth is being used?

I need to identify why I'm using so much bandwidth, all I'm doing really is playing WoW a lot and a bit of web browsing.

I have 25GB a month (landlords house and I'm a house share with internet included). He had an email saying the account has used 16% of it's bandwidth already in two days which I find hard to believe.
 
Ok I've come to this conclusion.

I average 14 kB/s down playing WoW, so if I play WoW for a full 24 hours (not that I would, just need some sort of time scale) that would mean

86400 * 14 = 1209600 kBs per day

1206600 / 1024 = 1181 mBs per day

1181 / 1024 = 1.15 GB per day? :o

Are my maths correct here?

Your sure you use 14kBps just playing WoW? Most games use an awful lot less than that. Regardless your maths is wrong, lets say you do use 14kBps on WoW.

14kBps = 840kB per minute
50.4mB per hour
1.209 GB a day.

I very much doubt WoW is using that much bandwidth. Are you sure your not getting confused between kb(kilobits) and kB (kilobytes)? As you have done in your above maths. You only need to worry about /1024 with binary kilobytes/bits, which is normally shown with a capital K aswell. Way to confusing.

it's 100% kB/s in the bandwidth monitor I'm looking at.

Actually I forgot I had skype on and vent. Now it's ranging between 100 B/s and 1 kB/s.
