how to navigate to my desktop folder in terminal

Hi,

whats the directory to my desktop, need to tap in a terminal command but cant work out where my damn desktop folder is lol

/dean/home/Desktop doesnt seem to work

cd /Users/dean/Desktop

or

cd ~/Desktop
