Hi,
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that images within an email could be held back from being sent as an attachment to a Blackberry etc but I've no idea where I read it!

Anyone know a way to do this?

Cheers

What you want is a multipart email, where the HTML and plain text versions are contained in 1 email, but the email client shows the one most appropriate.

How are you sending your emails?

I think Spunkey is correct though, you should have multipart message which contains both HTML (w/ images) and plain text (w/o images). That way its up to the device to choose. i.e. if they bring out a blackberry that'll do images, you're still covered.

That seems to be the way to go but I'm finding it hard to see how to go about it. Pages such as this seem to cover it but I just get a blank signature if I insert that into the HTML. Know of any tutorials for multipart emails?
