How to open .UIF files

How the hell do i do this?

I cant open it at all, Ive used iso buster and Alcohol 120% but i just cant seem to get it working at all.

These programs wont open the file and im just wondering what can?

Quick google/wikipedia, took longer to type this post Why can't other people learn to do this ?

Im busy, so i ask here because this takes a second to post and its now a reference in one screen so i can do other things and come back to this.

If you rename the actual file it works :S

Yes but then its reading through different screen, getting more sorces when i can get more than one answer here and maybe some good advice.
