I have a Asrock Motherboard 915DVI fitted with an intel D805 CPU. The CPU is now cooled by a Coolermaster Aquagate system. I have overclocked to 3ghz however the system sometime freezes or crashes. I am now back to standard cpu settings to stabalise matters and as a novice overclocker would appreciate some guidance as to how to overclock and keep things stable.
