How to Overclock AMD 8320 what clock speed should I expect and would it bottle neck ???

Wont bottleneck a 660 in 99.9% of games that you would require the grunt to run smoothly.

Your clock will be mainly limited by your cooler but considering how weak the GPU is, if you are just aiming to avoid bottlenecks, you don't really need to do anything amazing. Bottlenecks occur more when there is more GPU grunt on the table. You can go for a small to moderate clock like 4.4ghz off the bat and you'l be fine with that much.

Try 1.44v core voltage and a multiplier of x22 if you have a half decent cooler. If it is game stable, lower the voltage until you find the lowest voltage it will operate stably. If you are unsure of cooler capabilities, better to start on the stock voltage and work up, rather than start high and work down.
 
i will have a custom water cooling 360 black ice rad, ek water block ek 4.0 pump phobya tube res not sure of coolant yet
