How to Overclock CPU and Graphics card (Inside)

Hey everyone just recived my new PC. Ive been told it can be overclocked a lot.

I have never ever overclocked before and it is very new to me. I look in the stickys and it still doesnt make much sense to me.

Here are my componets.

How would i go about doing this and making sure i dont screw up my PC. Would really like a good explanation.

Hmmm isnt letting me open afterburner for some reason.

Also what temp should i be going Max, put it up quite abit and its on 45 atm avg.
