How to overclock on my Board

Hi all,

Im not sure if its possible but I would like to overclock my CPU but cant find the option in the bios or they are greyed out. Can I overclock on my ASUS M3N78 Socket AM2+?

I know I can probably only squezze another 100/200Mhz out my CPU but just fancy trying it for fun really.

Should be under 'jumperfree configuration', or tweaker or something, it should be set to 'auto' and u can change it to manual, then this unlocks the fsb
