How to overclock ram for my 9900k?

I'm having more fun tinkering with my system right now than I am gaming and want to have a go at overclocking my ram. I've got 32gb of 3200Mhz DDR4 Aorus Samsung Bdie stuff.

I've zero idea what I'm doing with this but want to learn and see what I can get out of it.

Anyone willing to walk me through it?

I'm on a z390 aorus Master mobo if that helps.

Simplest way is to set the xmp profile in the motherboard bios.

Always had it set to its XMP profile, I'm looking to push it further now
