Can someone show me how to overclock this cpu?

The BIOS are Phoenix-Award v6.00PG 2.2GHz

Move the FSB (the bus speed) up in 5MHz increments, and test for stability with a program like Prime95.

If it crashes, up the Core Voltage by one.

What ram do you have? Because that will impact as well!

Help please......

it would help people to help you if they knew what motherboard and ram they where dealing with, as some motherboards just flat out refuse to clock because there budget boards & don't have the necessary BIOS options.

Ahh, that would explain it, do you know how to get in to the BIOS when the computer boots, it should be a case of tapping delete to get into it whilst the computer is starting up.

Any options for overclocking will be in there, but seeing as it's HP, it's probably disabled as OEM manufacturers tend to disable overclocking on their systems.

If you can see adjustments for FSB/Clock Speed Ram Speed and timings etc, then it's possible, but I highly doubt those options will be there, so more than likely no, you cannot overclock it.

The only possible ways would be to see if there is an updated BIOS on HP's site, that *could* make the system run snappier, or flashing to a compatible BIOS for your make and model of motherboard, depending who makes it etc, but there is a very high risk of completely borking it.

It is very unlikely to have an updated bios, if there is, that probably won't unlock overclocking.

As it was said earlier, most big Makers like HP,Dell,Compaq and the rest, lock such features, or get motherboards built for them that don't offer these features.
