HOw to Overclock

I have a X1950 AGP card and wanted to find out how i go about overclocking it. Ive never overclocked anything before so not really sure where to look or what to do, can anyone help?

I have 3.2Ghx Intel Processor
2 GB DDR2 Corsair Ram
X1950 Pro 512Mb AGP

thanks ill check that out when i get home, I did do a search but there is so much information that it was confusing, i was not just being lazy by not searching.
