How to password protect a flash drive?

Hi all.

My brother just bought a "PQI 4GB Cool Drive U339 USB flash drive" and he has put some files on it for Uni tomorrow, but he wants to password protect the drive, or the folder containing important info.

How is this possible?

He needs it for tomorrow, so any help tonight would be much appreciated!

zip it with a password

Depending on what you're trying to protect either of the above should be ok but i'd prefer true crypt being honest for peace of mind. Corsair actually bundle it with the Flash Voyager's and it's pretty easy to get along with.
