Hello all,

Not sure if this is the best place to post. I've got a "new" 2017 BMW 218 Gran Tourer that has a USB port. I've tested it with an old pen drive with a few FLAC CDs on it and within the Media options I've selected USB but it doesn't find anything. I think it's not finding the device rather than the actually files. Do I need to use a specific type of pen drive? Does it need to be formatted in a particular way?

Cheers,

Jed

Apologies, can't answer your question, but my wife thinks that a 2 Gran T is a good choice for our next "family" car. What are you thoughts, i.e pros and cons?

Equally off topic, but well worth checking out the new Mercedes B Class too. We have an old one which is "ok" but i really liked the new model when i got one as a courtesy car, the navigation etc was massively improved.

Loving it so far, but we only bought it on Sunday, so early days. We upgraded from a 10 year old Zafira Elite. Very similar in shape and size. The 218 seems to have a lot more under the bonnet though, and the quality of the Luxury version is excellent.
