How To Play Games Without Disk on Xbox 360??

I was wandering is it possible to install the games to the harddrive and play them without having the disk? I no you can install the games to the harddrive but how to play them without having the disk inserted??

You can't play them without the disk. Otherwise piracy would be too easy.
