Hi, this is probably a bit of a noob question but this is my first build.
I bought two of these: Papst 3412 N/2 GLLE Silent 92mm Fan - 3 Pin (FG-009-PA) for the front intake of an Antec Solo case with Seasonic S12 500W PSU and DS3 motherboard.

The problem is that I cannot find anything on the motherboard or on the PSU which will fit these 3 pin connectors. Do I need to buy some kind of converter?
Thanks.

Just had a quick look at a pic of this board and i think there is a fan connector just left of the floppy connector. As far as i can see it only has two, the other is above the cpu socket.

Thats assuming these fans have a standard 3 pin connector.

In which case you'll need a fan controller :)
Nope. A 3pin to 4 pin molex adaptor would work fine. ;)
As will the connectors on the board, with a y cable if need be.

The DS3 has one case/sys fan and one cpu connector, they are 4 pin but will also work with 3 pin as they have a little plastic spade type thing to guide you in. :p

you should have got a 4 to 3 * 3pin conveter with the seasonic s12, one should be labelled H for High(12V) and 2 L for Low (7V). hope this helps ;)
