How to post videos on forum ???

Im sorry im being a bit of a noob, im kinda new to the forum thing.

Can anyone help me and tell me how you post a video that can be played while still in the forum instead of a link.
I know how to do it with a picture it needs to be hosted is it the same for a video.
i see a lot of people posting with youtube videos in forum, how ????

The part after the = sign in the YouTube url, put that inside

[youtube£]*letters and numbers go here*[/youtube£]

Without the £ signs there obviously.

So for this - www.youtube.com/watch?v=8t-I-Lqy06g

it would be this part - 8t-I-Lqy06g

In the link of the YouTube video you will see a code, e.g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDY5QOFK3cU&feature=hp_SLN&list=SL

The code is in bold, basically put that code between
