How to power down USB when pc is turned off?

I know newer mobo have the always on USB for changing phones and other devices. So I want to power on led lights when PC's on,but shut off when I turn it off. Any ideas?

Mobo is maximus VII hero.

its usually a bios option to allow usb charging. it is on the z97 deluxe

on mine its in Advanced > USB Config >USB 3.0 Charging

On my Z68 it was an added driver download to allow phone charging while the PC is off

thats weak, i would have imagined they would put more stuff in the ROG bios's

Me too mate. Maybe it's in a future bios? I might ditch this mobo soon for something else. Doing a new build near the end of year. I guess I'll have to wait

AI suit 3. Top right hand corner, there is a button to press that shows u more options. Including turbo USB mode and USB charging.

I did that and theirs no option to turn it off? I wonder if it's a issue with windows 8.1?

Change it to Advanced View not EZ View.

That is Advanced View.

I read the manual and it seems I need to disable something for it to work. I'll give it a go later today.

Just tried it again and no go? I hit refresh and no option for turning off usb? I guess I'll leave it.

Can't find anything in my bios that says EUP? Can't seem to turn of the usb's. Guess I'll just have to live with it until I switch motherboard.

My new asus rog swift usb ports shut off. So i'm using this and it works well.
