How to power sas drive

Hi looking to connect a sas drive to my hba and got the breakout cables, now the stupid part, how do you power these drives I thought it was through the hba but confused now, any help

Depends which breakout cable you've bought?

Normally the breakout cables have a standard sata power connector as part of the bit that connects to the drive

E.g.

Power cables should be from your PSU?

meant extension splitter cables my mistake not explaining properly i have quite a few drives powered
