How do I completely delete all traces of my 5870 drivers? I have a 7950 coming tomorrow.

Just the usual.
Delete everything in the AMD folder that's in the root of your C drive, just old junk install files wasting space in there
Add & remove programs to remove
Boot into safe mode and run driver sweeper to get rid of the AMD remnants
Reboot and install
I don't think you even need to run driver sweeper these days, i just do it out of habit.

Take out old card. Stick in new card. Run latest drivers over the top. Enjoy.
