In the sole interest of adding balance to this one sided conversation - I say call her Steed. And if she corrects you reply with, "No, I think you'll find it's pronounced Steed. Is the man of the house in Mrs Steed? I wish to discuss business and as you can't even pronounce your own name I think I'd better speak to him." Bound to get off to a good start then.
