How to redeem BF4 code?

Got a voucher with my 290 and can't see where I enter my redeem code...

Never struggled with it before on other promotions.

Has the promotion stopped?

It says it on the back of the card you got, go to www.amd.com/getbattlefield, sign in or create an account and then follow the instructions
