How to reduce cpu voltage

Hi.

I have read / was advised i may benifit from undervolting my cpu slightly. I read ryzen 3600 boosts slighly better at a lower temp by slightly undervolting it. Im just experimenting but not sure in the bios which the correct setting is... I am running a b450 msi gaming carbon pro

Would need to change the Vcore from auto to offset mode then set a -0.0500 etc.
