To cut a long story short, i cant find the locking wheel nut key so if i get a puncture i cant take the wheel off!

The car is a 2002 Toyota Celica. I've been to my local dealer and they say they would have to drill the old bolts out and replace with new ones at a cost of £88 labor plus the cost for replacement bolts.

Is there a way i can get these off without Mr Toyota claiming some of my money?

I've already checked to see if i can just order a replacement key, but they dont have the serial number on file

what type of locking wheel nut is it?
Its the standard Toyota ones, 3 prongs type.

Looks like the best thing is to buy new ones and get a tyre place to whip the old ones off.

Thanks guys

You can buy special sockets that have an internal cutting thread that are designed to remove seized/rounded nuts and bolts that work well on wheel nuts/bolts IF there is enough room for the socket to fit. Alloys that have a deep recess that's a snug fit for the bolt head/nut are a bit of a nightmare.

Something like this? http://www.toolsinstock.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=13286
