Hi so i have been running mint on a dual boot on a shared hard drive, i would like to uninstal it and remove the grub and then i am going to install it on its own drive, now the problem is i never got the grub menu to automatically pop up when starting i always had to do it through F11 and select windows or mint to boot into and i was happy doing it this way.
So can anyone point me in the direction of how to uninstall mint completely ?
Thanks

Delete the Mint partition and expand your Windows partition to fill the space - ironically, a Linux live USB is best for this. Then use a Windows install ISO to rebuild/reinstall the Windows boot manager on that drive. Done.

Thanks for the reply I should have said that it was not installed on the os drive so that drive has been resized, but stuck at the grub, I never had it and always hit F11 to give me boot options. So any help on removing it

did a U turn and tried again to remove grub but all the tutorials ask you to delete a dir called ubuntu which i dont have, although pressing F11 i get the option to boot from ubuntu.i have the following in my EFI dir called Z: here
