How to remove scratch

Not sure how its gotten there but there is a 3 inch or so scratch on the bottom of my bumper Its quite deep into the plastic too

Is there anything I can buy to do it myself or is it something a pro should do? Ive just moved house too so I have very little spare cash

Im at work at the minute but I can get some later. When I say deep its deeper than a chip or scratch off someones ring. Was just wondering if a high street motot store might sell kits that fill it slightly then can poilish over the top perhaps?
