Hi,

I have a slight scratch on the glovebox (just below handle) of my car, slightly annoying as the car is brand new . Does anyone know what the best method would be to minimise or make the scratch being noticeable ?

Thanks

Depends how deep and whether its painted/grained.

If it's not painted, and not grained you can use tar and glue remover and it sorta melts the plastic - GOT to be VERY careful with it though.

why does a brand new car have a scratch on the glove box ? take it back ask them to replace it ?

With something like a glove box door i would generally look at salvage/spares. You wont be able to rub it out without making it look worse i doubt.

Because the owner has scratched it after he's taken delivery of the vehicle.

will take a pic tonight and post back, i thought there may some solution as such which i could use to blend in scratch
