Hello

Apparently when my Mrs opened the bedroom window this morning a gust of wind blew it open and caused some damage, the window does not close properly anymore. Upon inspection two of the bolts that join the windows that make up a bay window have sheared off. I believe that the sheared off piece of the screw is still within the hole which will be incredibly difficult to remove due to access through another hole. So simply replacing the screws will not be possible. What are my options for repair can I drill some new pilot holes and then use something that self tappers? I cant really see in to the holes very well even with a torch so am not sure the best way to go about repairing things. Any ideas? Picture attached below to hopefully give you the idea.

Thanks for the baypole screw suggestion I believe the screws that have sheared off are the same so I can just insert some new ones at a different location and fill in the old holes.
