Here is how to do it:
1) Open Windows Explorer
2) Click Organize on the top left side and click Folder and search options and click View tab
3) On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click dot under Show hidden files, folders, and drives and click OK
4) Open Windows Explorer, click Computer, click C:, click ProgramData, click Microsoft, click RAC, click PublishedData and select all files in the folder and click Delete
5) Click Recycle Bin on your desktop and empty the bin
6) Open Windows Explorer
7) Click Organize on the top left side and click Folder and search options and click View tab
8) On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click dot under Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives and click OK
9) Start, type in action center and open Action Center, click Maintenance, and click View reliability history and the chart should be reset. Wait for few hours to check again for new chart of your reliability history to show up.
