Ive got a BT email account I have'nt used for about 18 month, the account has now been closed down, i have restored it before by phoning BT and paying them to do it. I tried that this time but i got caught in call centre hell on hold for best part of an hour speaking to 5 different departments, the last 1 told me that my phone was working and could'nt help me.

Is there a way to do this on-line

Otherwise im gonna have to fly to India and commit murder, why do we have to put up with call centres from god knows where

I changed isp so that is why the account was closed

Hi.

I have just left BT as my ISP and I would also like to keep my email account. Apparently, when you migrate to a different ISP your BT account is downgraded or migrated to dial-up, which means your email account should be valid for 90 days. During this time, you can login to the BT Yahoo website and choose Premium Mail, which is £1.50 a month (this is what we are doing) if you would like to keep it for over 90 days.
I strongly suggest you phone BT Premium mail and explain your situation.
