how to retrieve app store apps?

ok, so over the last year i've downloaded apps a'plenty - and after my phone started playing up recently i did a restore and it sorted it out - however neither my phone or itunes have a full selection of apps that i've downloaded...

if i "rebuy" one from the store, it flags up as already purchased and its free to download again - fine, but i want all of them back into my itunes and the Store -> Check for available downloads... button isn't working (thought this was exactly what that button was for??)

so anyway, how do i get back my full catalogue of apps?

Have you checked Library -> Applications? Mine shows all the apps I've downloaded in there.

yeah that list is missing a fair few, although i can't think what all of em are...

To my knowledge, if you downloaded apps from the iPhone itself then it won't show up in the Apps Library unless you synced the phone before it started acting up.

ahh crap, well fair enough, maybe theres somewhere online i can see past purchases (invoices) then re-download them...

When i downloaded the apps i wanted i was sent an invoice to my apple ID email account with a full list of the apps i purchased. Free apps show up in the list too

Click on the Apple ID in the top right hand corner of iTunes and go through your purchase history.

Didn't you start this thread, and get the same answer before
