Anybody got a clue how to actually use the Dell website for requesting an RMA - seems to be a bit of a shambles??
I have a faulty Dell 24in S2409W monitor but it seems that to contact Dell either by mail or phone you have to have a Service Tag?? But on further reading only some of the larger monitors had this service tag - so does this monitor have a service tag and if so where??
