How do I get an RMA set up for a refund? Not had to before, where do I go or who do I need to speak to?

Overclockers have a good return service, I've used it a few times and it's always a quick turn around from my experience

Not good if goods are returned due to intermittent faults that are hard to reproduce. At least those larger e-tailers do not charge testing fee and shipping fee.
