How to RMA a product?

Hi, I bought my Medusa Pro gamer half a year ago, and the left headset stops working.

Anyways, how Do I RMA with overclockers? I filled in the RMA form 5 times, and everytime I get an email saying "hi, we wend you the RMA form to this email address, please fill in the details"

yet they never send me the rma details :(

I dont know what they are doing wrong, or what I am doing wrong, but what do I need to do to get My headset RMA'd?

Your email on the order could be incorrect.

I would advise phoning our support team on 0871 222 8528 and they should be able to sort you out in just a few seconds. :)
